Mark Roush
Director / Producer
Mark graduated with a degree in Journalism and Electronic Media from the University of Oregon in 2001. Soon after, he was hired by Havas Worldwide (Euro RSCG) as their in-house video production editor and director, working on campaigns for Tropicana, Sierra Club, Black & Decker, Murad, and NET10. For the past twenty years Mark Roush has either directed, produced, or edited video projects for dozens of clients including PepsiCo, Nike, Adidas, Xbox, Laika, HP, Autodesk, Brammo, Gatorade, Gerber, IceBreaker, and WebMD.
Darrell Williams
Creative Director
Darrell has written and overseen the production of some of the industry’s most innovative work. He has managed creative teams, headed the development of video and digital projects for national advertising campaigns. Darrell has also headed creative development efforts in new business. He also helped pioneer the use of half-hour television to drive retail sales for Fortune 500 companies. His experience also has allowed him to spearhead projects that merge digital and entertainment content. His experience includes everything from developing brand strategy to conceptualizing and writing innovative and effective content.
Micaela Works
Producer
Micaela’s expertise is in facilitating an environment where creative teams excel and client expectations are exceeded. After graduating from New York University with a BFA in Film and Television in 2008, Micaela worked across the US and internationally, producing videos for clients such as Google, Amazon, Nike, Adidas, Gatorade, Southwest Airlines, Intel, and many others.
Keeley Davis
Visual Effects / Motion Graphics
Keeley graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Graphic Design. As Co-Owner of an award winning Post Production House from 2009-2017, Keeley wore many hats working in web design, motion graphics, graphic design, and compositing. As a freelancer he has worked with all budgets and clients both large and small (BF Goodrich, Walmart, Capital One, Redbull Records and more), many through agencies such as the Martin Agency and Crispin Porter + Bogusky
Gregory Ives
Composer / Sound Designer
Greg is an Emmy-nominated composer, musician, sound designer and audio engineer who has performed and worked with legendary musicians including Henry Mancini, Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, and Michel Legrand. Greg has scored numerous documentaries and independent feature films. His film scores received honors at prestigious festivals such as Sundance, New York, Boston, Munich International Film and many others.
His reputation in advertising is based on award-winning work for some of the most prominent agencies in the world. As a producer and sound designer, Greg is relentless in finding the perfect audio solution for all of New Adjustment’s clients.
Bradley Marks
Motion Graphics
With a background in Graphic Design, Bradley worked in the New York market for almost ten years. He initially starting in advertising at Grey Advertising as an Art Director. He was later recruited by MTV Networks and took the role of design director at Nick Digital Labs. There, he worked on shows, pilots, and on-air graphics for TVLand, Nickelodeon, VH1, and MTV. He continues to work for brands such as Nike, Clif Bar, Lowes, PepsiCo Intel, Google and Pandora.
Bradley attended NYU, the New School and SVA to develop his skill set in video and new media. Soon after, he helped create work for clients such as Discovery, ESPN, A&E, Oxygen and the History Channel.
